I am in network with United HealthCare. For all other plans, I am an "out of network" provider which means you are responsible for payment. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance plan for potential reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits.

As a Catholic Therapist with almost 20 years of experience, my goal is to help you work through the issues in your life that have caused you pain or keep you from being the best version of yourself.
I have worked with adults and adolescents who have a variety of concerns: relationship issues, trauma, domestic violence, childhood abuse/neglect, general life stress, self-doubt and learning to trust yourself and others (when safe to do so).
I find that many people respond well to feeling validated and have within themselves the capacity to be their own biggest support. Therapeutic approaches that I gravitate towards are Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR.
